Hier nun die Ergebnisse der diesjährigen Oscarverleihung. Und auch, wie viele von meinen Tipps richtig (oder falsch) waren.
Die Verleihung fand dieses Jahr wieder unter ‚normalen‘ Bedingungen statt. Die Show selbst war so lala und die Entscheidung ein paar Preise kurz vor der eigentlichen Show zu vergeben und die Aufzeichnungen dann einzuspielen war wie erwartet murks.
Größter Aufreger, und aktuell wohl das einzige Thema, wenn es um die Oscars 2022 geht, ist Will Smith, der Chris Rock live auf der Bühne eine geballert hat. Vorangegangen war ein blöder Scherz den Rock auf Kosten von Smiths Frau gemacht hat. War eine seltsame Situation und sah für mich im ersten Moment nach abgesprochen aus. Da wird wohl noch ein paar Tage drüber geredet werden. Auch, ob Smith von den Proben den Witz schon kannte oder nicht. Oder die beiden hocken gerade zusammen am Pool und lachen sich darüber kaputt, wie man über den Vorfall diskutiert.
Bei den Preisen gab es nicht die ganz großen Überraschungen. Meine Tipps waren mit 14 von 23 Richtigen da gat nicht so verkehrt. The Power of the Dog kann mit einem Preis bei 12 Nominierungen getrost als Verlierer des Abends gesehen werden. Dune hat bei 10 Nominierungen 6 mal abgeräumt und hat damit die meisten Preise gewonnen.
Der Preis für den besten Film ging an CODA, der bei 3 Nominierungen auch 3 Preise bekommen hat.
